I thought I'd get these up as soon as possible. I think I cover all of the most likely scenarios. If there are any interesting ones I missed, please let me know.
Nittany Conference scenarios
Liberty Conference scenarios
What an interesting week. Noise wins, the Slackers upend Jammers, Jawz loses again on Monday night and the News Team wins his fifth straight.
Two divisions titles were attainable in Week 11 but neither were clinched, which means we're set for a wild final two weeks. All four divisions could go down to the final weekend, as may the No. 1 seeds.
Sunday Slackers 103.3, Jimmy Jammers 79.3
It's been a long time since the Slackers has woken up on a Tuesday knowing that he has defeated the Jammers. Three years to be exact.
But the feeling has returned after a big win in Week 11 keeping the Jammers from winning the division — this week, at least.
It was a very rough week for the Jammers, who got just 1.7 points from Brandon Marshall and Greg Jennings combined. It was an ugly week.
For the Slackers, it wasn't much better. He had to go with Matt Hasselbeck because Drew Brees was on the bye. It should have been the perfect scenario for a win for the Jammers, especially after Hasselbeck left early with an injury.
But Ray Rice, as I predicted, was ridiculous (27.7 points), and Jordy Nelson was the better Green Bay receiver again with 27.5 points — a disturbing trend for Jennings owners all over the fantasy world.
Nelson is now the fifth-ranked WR in the JFL, one ahead of Jennings.
The rest of the Slackers' receivers weren't much Sunday. The combined 55.2 points was enough for the Slackers to set up a wild ending of the season.
World of Noise 115.5, Fear and Loathing 107.2
All Fear had to do was win and he would have clinched a division title, but the World of Noise did it again.
I'm just guessing that the 2012 JFL Draft at my house next August is going to be fun when these two meet up again.
So how did Noise do it?
Well, he dipped into the Fear and Loathing bag of tricks and found a waiver-wire gem in Kevin Smith.
The Detroit Lions back scored 38.9 points and Jay Cutler had 32.1, which if you do the math is 71 combined points. That's more points than he scored in Week 4 and Week 5.
In fact, this is only the fourth time this season that Noise has hit 100 points.
It's been that kind of year for him and even though his draft wasn't the greatest, he has been plagued by injuries and misfortune.
Sam Bradford went down early and hasn't been the same, so it was good that he drafted Jay Cutler. But now Cutler is out for the season.
Andre Johnson is a great WR but he has continually had injury issues over the years and it's been another disappointing season from him. He hasn't played since Week 4. And Marques Colston missed a few games early.
It's just been a mess of a season.
Fear has had similar trouble, notably with Jamaal Charles. He really could have used Michael Vick this week, too, because he likely would have gotten 25-28 points, enough to beat Noise. Instead he had to use Tebow (17.8 points).
It's really hard to believe that Noise won this despite getting zero points from two WRs. It's just unimaginable.
About just as hard to believe that Fear lost to Noise. The good thing for Fear is, he won't have to face the Noise in the playoffs — if he makes it.
Channel 4 News Team 142.9, Graybill's Generals 119.2
The Generals had more players reach double-digits, but it's hard to go up against the News Team when he roles out four players who score 20 or more points, including a 30.5-point performance from the Seahawks defense and 36.3 points from Aaron Rodgers.
I guess this is where Dawson thinks I should make some sort of "I wish I didn't trade him" comment.
News Team easily survived a week without Arian Foster. Vincent Jackson had 23.9 points and Victor Cruz had 20.
The News Team, winners of five straight, has scored nearly 480 points in the last three weeks.
At 7-4, the News Team is close to winning the division for the second time in franchise history. Nikish has really created a stable power in the Nittany Conference. He was 8-5 in 2008, 8-5 in 2009, 9-4 in 2010 and two wins away from being 9-4 again. He's 37-20 in the last four years with a 5-2 playoff record and a Super Bowl title.
For comparison, the JFL's winningest franchise, the Jammers, is 36-20 in the last four years.
So, this is the News Team's chance to officially take over as the powerhouse of the JFL. If he can run through the playoffs and win the Super Bowl, he'll be the first to get his name on the trophy twice.
Scoring at this rate should make it hard for others to stop him.
T-Money 136.3, Toasters 58.8
Woah, woah, woah. T-Money, take it easy. You've made your point.
You could have held up. You know, pulled a Brian Westbrook or a LeSean McCoy and stop short of the goal line in the waning minutes to not run up the score.
You must subscribe to the Book of Belichick.
Of course, I'm kidding. But man, did you whoop your division rival.
The Toasters managed a World of Noise-like 58.8 points and never really contended.
Tony Romo was just as good as I thought he would be and T-Money made a late change to put in Torrey Smith over Laraunt Robinson, and it was a good move. Smith went for 23.7 points. The 49ers defense also scored 25.5 points to fuel the blowout.
T-Money's RB situation is a bit scary as he aims for the playoffs, but he's still getting a good amount of points from other positions and that's why he's contending.
He needs to beat Team Boyer to get in the playoffs for the sixth time in franchise history. T-Money is only one of three franchises to never miss the playoffs (the Jammers has gone five times and Houserville has gone in all three years of his tenure in the JFL).
So a lot is on the line her for T-Money. It's an expectation for him to make the playoffs and he controls his own destiny. Win and he's in. It's as simple as that.
Team Boyer 125.9, Jawz Attack 116.6
It's mind-boggling.
Wes Welker averaged nearly 17 points coming into his Monday night matchup against the Chiefs, but he had only 2.6 points. Tom Brady, who belongs to Jawz's opponent this week, scored 24.5 points, throwing for 234 yards and two scores. Only 22 of those yards went to Welker.
As I said, it's mind-boggling, because it's crap like this that has plagued Jawz all season. Just look and see:
Week 1: Jawz scored 126.3 points and loses because the Slackers gets 92 points from three players.
Week 2: Jawz scores 107.5 points, but is no match for the Jammers 160.2.
Week 3: Jawz scores 149.1 and wins.
Week 4: Jawz scores 131.7, but loses because Pierce Garcon has the game of all games (31 points) and Michael Vick gets 40 in an awful loss to the 49ers.
Week 5: Jawz scores 130.3 points, but loses because Jahvid Best and Calvin Johnson scored 48 points on Monday night to complete a comeback.
Week 6: Jawz scores 124.1 points, but loses because Ahmad Bradshaw has a career game with 104 yards and 3 TDs for 31.4 points points.
Week 7: Jawz edges out Houserville.
Week 8: Jawz squeaks out win against Noise.
Week 9: Jawz scores 101.2 points and deservedly loses because of poor performances.
Week 10: Channel 4 News Team scored 168.8. Need I say more?
And of course, we're back to this week where another Monday night comeback doomed Jawz.
I don't think snake-bitten does it justice. At this point, the Attack's season is over. He's playing for draft position now, and pride. He has two divisional matchups coming up to finish off the regular season.
He can affect the outcome of the division with wins over either one of his rivals. If he beats one of them, the other is almost guaranteed to win the division — unless, of course, he beats both of them. Then, it's a real mess.
And after the kind of season Jawz has fought through, I'm sure he's rooting for "causing a mess."
He won't be an easy win and I expect him to upset one of the two division rivals. I just hope it's not me.
Houserville 130.5, Chinese Organ Thieves 72.5
Houserville needed a win in the worst way and he got it. He's hanging on to hope here, and he can make the playoffs for the fourth straight season if he wins out and Fear loses out. Check the scenarios above for all the details.
But he needs help and he needs to continue to make moves like he did this week. Starting Michael Crabtree was a great move, getting double-digits from the wideout. It also was a good move to stay with Rob Gronkowski who has been an absolute beast. He's scored eight TDs on the season including five in the last three weeks. He's really turned it on and the upcoming schedule for the Patriots includes Philadelphia, Indy, Washington, Denver and Miami. That's up until Fantasy Super Bowl VI where Houserville is hoping Gronkowski can lead him to.
Things will only get better in Week 12 as Mike Wallace returns from the bye and Darren McFadden returns from injury. The way it looks, it may be smart for Houserville to just roll with both of the Raider backs because his other backs haven't done much. Mike Tolbert has had some good games but he, like the Chargers, have been very inconsistent.
The Thieves know this all too well. Philip Rivers had 24 points, but that's still disappointing for where everyone thought he'd be this season.
I guess the same could be said for the Organ Thieves. This team looked like it'd be one of the top teams in the League, but instead, the Thieves are a World of Noise deletion away from being worst team in the League.
But the Thieves have been here before. In 2009, the Thieves finished 4-9 for what was then the only losing record in franchise history, only to bounce back with a 9-4 record and a division title the next season.
So, I have all the faith in the world in the Thieves turning things around in 2012.
Houserville has never had a losing record, but if he losing another game, he'll be guaranteed to have one.
With the way the schedule looks for Cam Newton the next two weeks, I'm guessing that won't happen and he'll be hosting a Wild Card playoff game.
