JFL Week 2 in the books and some in need of a hard restart

Control, alt, delete.

It’s how you restart your PC when it undoubtedly freezes because it just can’t handle the world like a Mac can.

Bill Gates admitted Wednesday that if he could go back in time and change one thing, he would make the commonly known function a single keystroke.

Why? Why on Earth would you do that?

Is it really that hard to hit CONTROL-ALT-DELETE?

Would you really want to just have one keystroke stop your computer dead in its tracks and bring up the window that gives you the option to shut down, restart, log off or go to task manager?

As if PCs weren’t annoying enough, having one keystroke that would send you out of your main screen would be really annoying.

So, I disagree, Mr. Gates. That is something you did not get wrong. It should never be that easy to reset.

Ah, reset.

How many 0-2 teams are there in the JFL?

Six?

Man, what those six teams would do for a quick single keystroke fix to their seasons right now.

The Slackers would rethink that 3-point, should-have-been-suspended RB Ezekiel Elliott. At the very least, he'd rethink his kicker, because he's lost on Monday night twice because of kickers.

The Cheese Steaks would perhaps take a better RB in the second round and hold off for an “average” QB in the later rounds.

Teddy Bear Dawson would keep his mouth shut when poked by the stick that is World of Noise — excuse me, undefeated division leader World of Noise.

The Toasters and Fear would…  Well, they’d redo everything perhaps. I know I would.

On the flip side, there are six 2-0 teams that would not change a thing at this point.

The NFC will feature a pair of undefeated matchups this week as divisional contest continue on.

The 2-0 Spacklers will take Tom Brady into a battle against division rival News Team, who is coming off a 0.7-point win and a new baby born last week. Lucky, lucky man.

In the other NFC division, Chalupa and T-Money will hit the gridiron in search of the 3-0 record.

Chalupa is the highest scoring team in the JFL and T-Money is riding the luck of the schedule to 2-0.

Don’t get me wrong, I like T-Money’s team. I picked him to win this division, but with 68 points last week and 67 points the week before, no one would say that’s a 2-0 team.

He is going to need to score more than that this week for sure as Chalupa is the clear draft winner after two weeks.

This dates back to 2016 when he snagged Carson Wentz in the 12th round and earned the right to keep him there this year.

Then, he grabs Kareem Hunt in the eighth round this year. What does this guy do? Oh, you know, just average 36.1 points over the first two weeks. If he keeps his No. 1 RB status all year, not only will Chalupa find himself holding a trophy on a poorly shot cell phone video in 2018, he’ll be going into the draft with perhaps the best 8th-round (or later) keeper of all time.

Who the hell did I draft in the eighth round before Hunt?

Oh, yeah, Jimmy Graham.

CONTROL-ALT-DELETE!
