JLB 2021 Schedule: Choo & Dude open in World Series rematch

The 2021 schedule is out — if you didn't notice via about 30 Fantrax notifications this evening.

We are back to our usual 21-week schedule where you'll play your League counterparts three times and the other League once. Sticking with a change we made in 2019, we will have the majority of Interleague play completed before we hit Week 10, allowing for 10 of the final 12 weeks to be League matchups.

First, we open with Interleague play as we have the World Series rematch between the 2020 Champion Lebowski and the runner-up (again) Big League Choo. We also have some interesting matchups with a Patriot League battle between boss and former intern, Slammers vs. Topton. We also will have a fun matchup between the Boiled Nutz and the Sex Panthers.

Cheese opens with the Gamblers — enjoy that one Parker — Quad Eh plays the Crox and Monkey takes on Breakfast.

The other noteworthy week is the longer-than-normal All-Star week that features the heart of America (Choo) vs. Canada (Quad Eh), a WFMZ battle between Breakfast and Cheese, and lastly, the good ol' husband vs. wife battle here in the Johnson household. Appropriately happens as we celebrate our 11th anniversary and Gina's [bleep] birthday.

The playoffs begin on Sept. 6 with the ALDS and NLDS, continues with the ALCS and NLCS on Sept. 13, and then the World Series will be a full two weeks from Sept. 20 to Oct. 3.

And then, about a month after that, yes, Crox, you can trade.
